My Story

Inspirational changes happen when I least expect them. Diverse experiences shape my journey. After dedicating 15 years to accounting, I transitioned from numbers to nurturing, becoming a foster parent to two spirited brothers, aged 4 months and 18 months. My military service, public school special education social worker, and community health provider roles, with the experiences gained, have profoundly influenced my approach to therapy and social services, enriching my commitment to fostering healing and resilience for others. This pivotal moment transformed the trajectory of my life, intertwining the futures of our sons with those of my dearest friend and lifelong partner. It's a journey marked by growth and connection, and the most authentic way I can express this experience.

"In the tapestry of minds, where shadows dwell, mental health, social work, and well-being weave tales to tell. Foundations laid in compassion's embrace, I strive to uplift, to lend an ear, and to speak with grace. Through therapy's gentle hand, I seek to mend, a journey of healing, standing by others, where hearts can transcend. As I stand alongside, so flourish the seeds sown by others; in the garden of well-ness, we learn to be our authentic selves. With every story shared, a new dawn ignites, inspiring change, as day follows night. In lifting with others, we find our own light. In the dance of growth, we rise to new heights. Advocating for mental health and social kindness serves as the cornerstone of my personal foundations." ~ Lito De Luca.
