I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families.

My specialties include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), an integration of Eastern and Western philosophies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

When I’m not focused on my clients, I enjoy my time practicing yoga, meditation, and playing the piano.
