My Story

"You are the one thing in this world, above all other things, that you must never give up on." - Lili Reinhart

Hello! My name is Janelle Neeley, and I am an associate clinical counselor. I earned my master’s degree through Alliant International University. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), grief and loss, OCD, LGBTQIA+/identity and have a passion for helping adults overcome anxiety and depression. My approach is personalized and rooted in the latest research, designed to help you gain the tools and confidence to face life’s challenges.

My experience includes working with a wide range of individuals such as children, teenagers, and adults. I have worked in an inpatient treatment center helping adults with mental health issues and addiction disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work at a couple different high schools throughout San Diego County delivering effective and collaborative support on campus to meet the needs of students and families.

During my down time I enjoy spending time with my kids, the outdoors, and new adventures!

I am passionate about transforming lives through healing and understanding as well as helping individuals move toward emotional wellness. Let’s embark on this journey together!
